Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. A consultation fee may apply regardless of whether a prescription is issued, as this reflects the professional clinical assessment provided.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter depend on the chosen courier and are not guaranteed by us.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, as prescription medications cannot be resold or returned. Refunds for consultation fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, you will be notified and a full refund of the medication cost will be issued within 5–10 working days.
